TACOS DIABLO

Ingredients

1 lb sirloin, ny strip or whateva cut you like

4 tbs shaka spice rub El Diablo

1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 cup red onions, sliced

2 avocados, pitted and sliced

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 large jalapeño de-veined de-seeded and finely chopped

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Flour or corn tortillas

Directions

  1. HO BRAH!!!  DIS ONE IS HOT SO MAYBE START WITH HALF DA SPICE YEAH?

  2. Combine da 1/4 olive oil and Diablo to make a paste. Use only what you need of the oil to make it a spreadable paste. Spread da paste all over da steak. Place in a sealed container and refrigerate 1 to 3 hours.

  3. Bring your grill to medium. 

  4. Remove the steak from the refrigerator and let it sit covered at room temperature for about 20 minutes.

  5. Grill the steak to the desired temperature medium rare preferably. Slice to thin strips as shown in the photo.

  6. Serve with the onions, avocado, lettuce and cilantro on warm tortillas.
