GRILLED GINGER PORK CHOPS

Ingredients

5 Pork Chops, around 6oz each boneless, 8 oz each bone-in

3 tbs shaka spice rub Garden Isle Ginger

1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce

1/4 cup sesame oil

1 tbs mirin

1 tbs sake

Juice of 2 limes

5 pineapple slices

Directions

  1. Combine da Garden Isle Ginger rub, soy sauce, sesame oil, mirin, sake and lime juice.

  2. Place pork chops inna shallow baking dish. Pour spice mixture over da cops brah. Cover and place in fridge for at least 1 hour. 

  3. Bring your grill to medium high heat.

  4. Remove da chops from the refrigerator and let it sit covered at room temperature for about 20 minutes.

  5. Grill da chops and cook 4 to 5 minutes a side, or until cooked through.

  6. Grill pineapple slices till grillmarks show, about 2 minutes each side.
