1 lb fish brah (ahi, salmon, whitefish etc.)

1 tbs shaka spice rub Poke Fire!

1 tablespoon scallions, chopped fiiiine

1 tablespoon maui onion, thinly sliced

3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 Avocado


  1. Cut the fish into 1/2” cubes, place in bowl

  2. Cut avocado to chunks same size as da fish

  3. add remaining ingredients. Brah stir good

  4. Cover and put in fridge for at least 30 minutes.

  5. Remove and serve at room temp with some sticky rice

  6. Shoots Brah enjoy!
