POKE FIRE!
Ingredients
1 lb fish brah (ahi, salmon, whitefish etc.)
1 tbs shaka spice rub Poke Fire!
1 tablespoon scallions, chopped fiiiine
1 tablespoon maui onion, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 Avocado
Directions

Cut the fish into 1/2” cubes, place in bowl

Cut avocado to chunks same size as da fish

add remaining ingredients. Brah stir good
-
Cover and put in fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Remove and serve at room temp with some sticky rice
